The pilot project of EKS is the first part of “Semya” shopping and entertaining center in Perm
in area of 30 thousand square meters. The project was a rating winner among the shopping
centers of Russia in 2004, a winner of “The brand of the year/ EFFIE 2006” among the regional
projects.
