 Small Business Joint Venture Company
 Founded in 2006 by 4 Small Businesses: SEIDCON,
Macfadden, Applied Solutions and Bay State
Computers.
 SEIDCON was established as Managing Partner of
the JV
 Purpose was to pursue and win a GSA Alliant Small
Business Contract.
 Contract was won (GS-06F-0598Z) and proceed
notice was given by the GSA Contracting Officer in
February, 2009

 Task order for support to the US Army Surface
Deployment and Distribution Command awarded in
2012 – 3 years, $3.5M – GATES Help Desk Support,
Software Applications Training and Update Fielding;
Software Applications Testing
 Two Task orders for Software Testing awarded in
2013 and 2014 - $1M – US Patent & Trademark

A3IS Corporate Update
 2013 – Macfadden removed from Joint Venture due
to growth into large business status
 2013 – Trusted Mission Solutions (woman/minority
owned small business) and Analytic Strategies
(service disabled veteran owned small business) were
added to the Joint Venture replacing Macfadden’s
capabilities
 2014 – Applied Solutions (ASI) removed from the
Joint Venture due to ownership change
 2014 – Aspex, Inc (minority owned small business)
added to the JV replacing ASI
