About the Initiative
 The Department of Urban Local Bodies, Haryana
has taken an initiative to build a Comprehensive
Database of all the employees working in various
municipalities in the State.
 In this regard, the Sanctioned, Filled Up and
Vacant Posts were sought from the municipalities
and the same has been incorporated in the HRMS
System of the department.

How to access the HRMS on the Net
 The HRMS system has been made available at
the URL http://mis.ulbhry.org
 Each municipality has been provided with a
User Login and Password for the HRMS
 Only the users belonging to the municipalities
can access the system using their login and
password.

User has to login into the HRMS System using a valid UID and Password.
