SAT Vocabulary and Literary Terms WEEKLY REVIEW OF VOCABULARY AND TERMS IN PREPARATION OF THE LANGUAGE AND COMPOSITION EXAM INCLUDES 14 WEEKS OF SAT AND LITERARY/RHETORICAL TERMS Vocabulary Norms Students receive the words on MONDAY (or access online at beginning of the semester). Students review the words on THURSDAY: Homework check for ten points, and peer groups to discuss. Students take a quiz on the words on FRIDAY: Students have no more than ten minutes to complete the quiz. Students must use their own paper in MLA format to complete the quiz. All test sheets are returned, unmarked, to the teacher.
