How to build a Flyer Fast!
• This presentation will show you how to use the
on-demand-publisher to build a one page, four
product family sales flyer.
• Our recent upgrade now has formats for 1, 2 and 4
product families per page.
• Log-on to www. On-Demand-Publishing™.com
Once you register or log-in click on the start a new project tab located at the top of the page. The Step1- Design tab
will turn green. Type your project name into the File name field. Click on the tab that reads 4 items per page. Scroll
down and choose a theme by clinking in the appropriate square. Then click the green next button. You are now on to
Step 2- Company Info.
At Step 2 you are able to add your company or a Distributors information and any other details regarding your
promotion. The font size will change dynamically to fit the area. For a 1 page flyer you only need to fill out the first
three fields. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the green next button.
You are now at Step 3 – Select Items. Under Manufacture Name
type in your company and select the search button.
We also have a new feature to allow you to select your items faster! If you know the item numbers of the products you want to include,
click on the bulk search
tab and simply type in the item numbers or cut and paste from a file (like excel). Then click on the green
colored search button.
If you don’t know your item numbers you can still use the advance search feature.
Your search returns with all of your products listed on the right hand side of the screen. We now
allow you to add all your products at once by clicking on the add all to project button!
After you have decided on your items to include click on the tab labeled Step 4- Review Items. Here is where you can add
your price. After you have entered your information make sure you click the submit changes button. This is the step where
you can change the order of your products in the flyer. Just click the edit sort button. Remember to always click on submit
changes button after any changes are made!
Now click on the project proof tab in order to preview your flyer! If you want to make any changes just click on the
appropriate tab to modify it. Continue to view your project proof until you are ready to buy.
When you are ready to buy click on the Projects icon and then click on the buy now link. Then simply click on the
Checkout button and follow the instructions.
