Creating a Session on the TheraCare’s EI Billing Application Clinician Instructions Step 1: Adding a Child and Service 1. You would click Click “Service” 2. Select the “Child” tab; click “Done”. 3. Select “Service” tab; click “Done”. 4. Click “Done” in Service screen to complete this section. Step 2: Adding a Outcome(s) and Objective(s) (This is done after Adding a Child and Service) 1. Click the “+” button. 2. Select the Outcome and Objective section. 3. Click “Add” in outcome section 4. Outcome(s): Is what is written on the IFSP 5. To add the objective select the “outcome” that you have created there will be a check mark by the selected outcome. 6. Click “Add” in objective section. 7. Objective(s): Is the goal used to reach the outcome 8. After creating an outcome and objective click “Done” Step 3: Creating a Session (This is done after Adding an Outcome(s) and Objective(s) 1. Select the “+” Button and select Session. 2. Select “Code”: enter if child is present, absent, make up, etc.. 3. Select “Starts & Ends” button. Scroll to appropriate start time 4. Scroll down to “Session Participants” ; Select who is present. 5. Scroll down to Blue box labeled I. “ Progress/responses that the child has made toward the IFSP outcomes since last Session” 6. Scroll down to “IFSP Functional Outcome(s) and Objective(s) addressed during this session” I. Select the “Select Button”; Press the outcome and objective that coorilates to this session. 7. Next go to “Routines Activities worked on during the session” I. Select the appropriated type of work done during the session. 8. Scroll down to “Strategies used within the Routines Activities” I. Please select the appropriate strategies used. 9. Next Scroll down to “ How did you coach parent/caregiver” Please Select the appropriate option for this section. 10. Lastly scroll down to “ What Learning activites did the parent/caregiver a free to do with the child before the next visit ?” Section. I. Enter appropriate goals agreed upon here. 11. Finally, Click the parent/caregiver signature “Sign” button and have the parent sign. Enter the relationship toward the child by selecting in the box right next to it. 12. Sign yourself and click ”SAVE”
