OSYs in partnership with DepEd.
•Provide leadership, with support from the
local DepEd, to the Abot-Alam local alliance
•Mandate the barangays to gather data based
on Abot-Alam template/format
•Allocate and mobilize resources
•Undertake local level advocacy campaign to
generate support for the program
