Pagbati mula sa Teresita C. Young Memorial High School (TCYMHS)!
Parents and the Teachers are the Stakeholders of the school having the best
partnership that can work hand in hand in implementing the Programs, Projects, and Activities
(PPAs) of the Department of Education (DepEd) DO No. 54 s, 2009. In connection with this,
the school will conduct the First General Parents and Teachers Association Meeting on
September 8, 2023 at KALAHI-CIDDs Building at exactly 8:00 o’clock in the
morning and to be followed by Homeroom Parents and Teacher Association Meeting at Grade
9 – Fortitude Classroom next to KALAHI-Building.
The agenda of the meeting are as follows;
1. Election of New Set of officers;
2. Presentation of Financial Statement of the Organization;
3. Reading of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting;
4. Communicating the Vision, Mission and Core values;
5. Revisiting the DepEd Order No. 36 s,2016 (Policy Guidelines On Awards and
Recognition for the K to 12 Basic Education Program.);
6. Orientation on ALNAT and RLA in relation to their participation to these programs
of DepEd;
7. Reiterating the Different School Policies Implemented in the School;
7.1 Enrolment and Transfer of Learner Policy
7.2 Child Protection Policy
7.3 Ecological Waste Management Policy
7.4 No Read No Pass Policy of the DepEd.
7.5 DO No. 019 s,2008 (Implementation of No collection Policy to All Public Elementary
and Secondary Schools)
7.6 Wearing of their school uniform and ID.
8. Other issues and concerns (Class Schedule, Conduct of Elective in Reading and in
SHS, GPTA Schedule of every meeting)
