Created in July 2012 through the merger of four
longstanding academic support organizations:
• College Center for Library Automation
• Florida Center for Advising and Academic
Support (FACTS.org)
• Florida Center for Library Automation
• Florida Distance Learning Consortium
Purpose

• Provide statewide support services to Florida’s
public universities and colleges
• Facilitate cross-institutional collaboration
• Expand access to rich library collections and to
online teaching, learning, and research tools
that help all students complete their
educational goals and succeed in the
workplace

research, and access public postsecondary
information, resources, services, courses, and
