LETTER OF REQUEST
Madam:
Greetings!
This is with regard to a project proposal that I would like to address to your
barangay office. As can be checked with an ocular inspection, a vacant lot situated at
_____________ has been rendered unused for quite some time now. It is therefore with
initiative that I decided to put up a project there which might find useful for the young
generations of my Purok.
The proposed project would be for the Construction and Fencing of Proposed
Children’s Park in the said area. Thus, it is with this reason that I request the barangay to
provide, if posiible, the needed budget for the proposed project.
The roughly estimated amount would be at around P600,000.00. Such amount will
include the labor of the workers, professional fees of the engineer and architect, necessary
permits, materials for the construction and fencing, and the utilities for the playground that
shall be within the park. These utilities shall include see-saws, slides, swings, monkey bars,
and tables and benches.
I believe that the finished project can provide the children in my Purok, a quality
time with their family and friends and will let them experience their childhood in a fun and
wholesome way.
Your positive response on the matter will be highly appreciated.
