DENNIS L. MALABUYOC, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at San Joaquin, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, to do
the following acts;
a. To act as my legal representative relative to my business MABUHAY GAS, located at 183 Purok
3, Barangay San Isidro, Bacon District, Sorsogon City; to process, transact, submit the said
applications to the Department of Energy (DOE) on my behalf; To collect and receive the
original LTO once approved by the DOE;
b. To make, sign, execute and deliver for and in my behalf, any documents which may be
necessary for the approval of said application/s;
c. To do all acts necessary to give effect to the foregoing authority.
HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and perform
every act necessary to render effective the power to do and perform every act or thing necessary and
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
