As you may know, I have been managing the Plant Pals expansion project, which is schedule to be lauch soon. I would like to bring an issue to your attention. At this point I diagnosed that we don’t have enough drivers to deliver all the orders on time. So far, the drivers have delivered only 80% of the plants successfully. Therefore, due to these tremendous delays on the delivery, customer satisfaction has suffered, and some customers have already canceled their subscriptions. My team needs to raise the on-time delivery rate to at least 90% to avoid sending the next batch out late. A delay could create even more issues—setting back the project timeline, risking product quality, and hurting revenue. To do that, I would like to ask you all to hire more drivers immediately and to increase the hourly shifts of our collaborators working on the DC.
