Plant Pals Project Stakeholders
As you know I have been managing the Plant Pals project and we are now in the testing
phase.
We have identified an issue during the test that I need to bring to your attention. So far, we
have only managed to deliver 80% of the plants successfully, which has had a negative effect
on customer satisfaction resulting in some customers already cancelling their subscriptions.
This clearly is a concern as if we are unable to meet an on-time delivery rate of 90% it will
impact the next batch of plants we are due to send out, setting back the project timeline,
risking product quality, and hurting revenue.
The major issue is caused by not having enough delivery drivers, and I propose increasing
our hiring of drivers, and/or using a delivery service to supplement our drivers at least in the
short term. Are you available to meet tomorrow to discuss the options and come to an
