Hello! How's everyone doing? I hope you are all having a nice and productive week. My name is Tarmimi Farid and as you may already know I'm the Project Manager for the Plant Pals project here at Office Green. I'm contacting you to inform you that there is a shortage of delivery drivers in your area. We will be unable to deliver all orders on schedule due to this shortage. We have only successfully delivered 80% of the plants as of today. Customer satisfaction has decreased as a result, and some consumers have already discontinued their membership. If we do not meet at least 90% of our delivery targets, we will be sending out the following batch late, which might cause further problems such as pushing back the project timeframe, risking product quality, and damaging revenue. Some solutions for dealing with this problem include employing temporary drivers at an additional expense, providing impacted consumers with a free month of membership, and leasing more trucks to boost delivery capacity. I'd be grateful if we could meet as soon as possible to explore these ideas and come up with a viable answer. Thank you very much for your time. Tarmimi Farid Plant Pals Project Manager 012-333-4444
