Quy trình sản xuất bao gồm nhiều giai đoạn phức tạp và sử dụng hoá chất có tính kỵ không khí cao. Đầu
tiên, tiến hành cho tác chất lần lượt vào bình phản ứng 3 cổ dung tích 500 mL. Sử dụng bơm định lượng
để cho xúc tác vào bình sau khi dung môi được cho vào đến vạch định mức có sẵn. Tiến hành khuấy
nhẹ, sao cho hỗn hợp không tạo bọt trong 20 phút đầu tiên. Sau đó, tăng dần tốc độ khuấy và gia nhiệt
cho đến khi hổn hợp sôi êm dịu. Giữ trong vòng 3 giờ. Tắt khuấy khi thấy xuất hiện tinh thể màu trắng
