I would like to recommend that corporate social responsibility has been the solution to a numerous problem in the corporate communication function. So, an organization should try to focus on implementing an effective corporate social responsibility as it results in bringing sustainability and productivity in it. Moreover, it is also effective in maintaining good relationships with its stakeholders so that there would not be any conflicts or dissatisfaction amongst them, which can be costly to an organization. Additionally, CSR also results in better relationships with the media also as it has the potentiality to uplift an organization or harm it significantly. Finally, CSR can also help in lowering down the risks associated with an organization and also prepare it for any unplanned challenges or difficulties in the near future. Therefore, an organization should try to adopt or undertake an effective CSR, if it wants to sustain in this highly competitive world.
