GUIDELINES FOR DEFENSE PRESENTATION
1. Save your presentation in a folder with the name G<x>, x= group
number; representing your group number.( e.g.G1 for group 1
and G5 for group 5)
2. The presentation should not be more than 5 minutes long.
3. Start with a slide which gives the outline of presentation.
4. Include block diagram of your project
5. Pictorial representation is better than using too much of text on
slides. Use more figures, charts, graphs etc to illustrate the idea.
6. All slides MUST be numbered.
7. Do not include elementary definitions in your presentation.
8. Highlight what unique features you have added to your project
in comparison with other similar projects have already been
done.
9. Uniformity of font's type/size/color is important for aesthetics.
Use the font color in contrast to the background to make text
readable.
10. Must conclude your presentation.
