Assignment 1
Think about a project you have to undergo or one that you hope to do in the future. You
can build on from the Classwork.
Imagine you have to select and present your team, you have to create a report that
includes the team, the team roles, the expectations for each phase, and an assessment of
the challenges and how you will overcome them as a project manager.
As an appendix include the Agendas for the key meetings (Phases).
Assignment 2
You are selected head of a specific project at work. You can use a real life project, a
project that you may deem necessary within your work place, or a project that you would
like to do. Please develop the following:
o Pre- Study
o Project Charter
o Project Plan
o Requirement Specification
o Project Budget
o Risk Analysis
o Project Organization
Conditions:
1. All the assignments must be typed (font, Times New Romans, font size, 12, line spacing,
1.5).
2. Answer one (01) assignment between the choices provided.
3. Minimum 15 pages including the cover page and the references page.
4. Use not less than 5 sources.
5. Use the APA style of referencing.
6. Strictly no copy and paste.
7. Due Date:Assignment 1-March 4th, 2025 at 08:30hrs;
8. The modes of submission will be printed hard copies.
