INFORMATION FOR PROPONENTS
The following information is provided to answer questions raised by Potential Proponents for the above
name project, the extent referenced and shall become a part thereof. No consideration will be allowed for
extras due to the Proponent or any sub-Proponent not being familiar with this addendum. This
Addendum 1 contains two (2) pages in total.

We would like to bid on this work however we cannot make the June 7 deadline. Is it possible to
extend the Close Date & Time out one more week?

Does this person need to have land development experience?
A.2: Would be an asset

Does this person need to have government experience?
A.3: Would be an asset

Should this consultant have Program Management experience in an IT environment?
A.4: Not necessary
