The following information is provided to answer questions raised by potential Proponents for the above
named project, to the extent referenced and shall become a part thereof. No consideration will be
allowed for extras due to the Proponent or any sub-proponent not being familiar with this Addendum.
This Addendum 2 contains one (1) page in total.

The inquiry is regarding Stage 1, step 1.1 in Schedule A, Scope of Services (“Assess and clarify business
requirements, vision of the solution, scope and limitations, program business context, potential risks,
criteria for success, program boundaries, program benefits, program objectives and program
deliverables”).

The vision, scope and business requirements have yet to be fully developed.

Does “Assess and clarify” include development of these items, or is there work completed to
date?

Yes as the vision, scope and business requirements have yet to be fully developed. The
Land Development Process has been mapped and is outlined on the City’s website at
www.surrey.ca

If there is work completed to date in this area, was it done internally or by an external group?

Q.4:
Is it possible to obtain a copy of work completed to date in this area?
