That approval be given to a contribution of £332,627 (to
reduce incrementally to £169,640 after the first five
years) from Council Tax payments towards the running
cost of the Management Company and the delivery of a
high quality management and maintenance service for
the new public realm for the Exchange Greengate area.
That Salford City Council enter into an management
strategy with the Homes and Communities Agency, the
North West Regional Development Agency and ASK
Developments.
