(a) Broughton Library, Higher
Broughton, Salford.
The Lead Member for Planning (a) approved the selection of Interlink
as the preferred community user of the property subject to the
submission ,for approval at a future briefing, of a suitable business plan
identifying adequate resources to take over and run the property ,
(b) authorised Urban Vision to progress negotiations on the Heads of
Terms for the proposed lease plus a business plan and (c) requested
Urban Vision to work with the unsuccessful party to identify a suitable
site for their requirements
