TITLE: Liverpool Road (Eccles) Draft Regeneration Strategy
RECOMMENDATIONS:
That the attached draft strategy is adopted by the City Council
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Please find attached a draft regeneration strategy for Liverpool Road, Eccles. The
strategy sets out the current baseline position of the Liverpool Road Corridor and
provides a comprehensive overview of the problems experienced along the corridor
and in the wider area. The strategy concludes by providing a framework of
suggestions that could be pursued to create a positive vision for the future
development of the area.
