ORDER
RECOMMENDATIONS:
That the Panel approve the recommendation in the report.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Eccles Town Centre Order 2002 came into force on 17th January 2002 and has
recently lapsed. A permanent Traffic Regulation Order has been drafted and is the
subject of a separate report to this Panel. However, a further experimental order is
required to minimise the time when no orders are in place.
