To all BrioQuery Users:
We were recently made aware that Oracle has a desktop Client-side version of
Interactive Reporting (IR) that does not require centralized management and is very
similar to the version of BrioQuery you have all been used to.
A small set of users has tested the application and been able to validate the results with
good success. The Client IR version is truly as close to the old Brio as can be in how it
works. However, we do need to point out that this application is not on the strategic
roadmap for Oracle and will probably have an end of life defined in the near future.
We are exploring options for enterprise purchasing of this tool. Please do not contact
Oracle directly! We appreciate your patience while we work out the details. As we
communicated to you on March 17, your CoreImage XP workstation running BrioQuery
will be included in the extended support agreement we have with Microsoft.

Pricewater House Cooper (PwC) has confirmed their interim timing for the HHC audit
and will be onsite at Michigan House the weeks of May 12th and May 19th.

The bi-annual UMHS Financial Systems’ Hierarchy Change Management process
allowing department “New Hierarchy”, “Remap between FLEGS”, or “Alternate
Hierarchy deadline is drawing near. Change requests forms for this process are due
on or before May 31, 2014, by 5:00 PM.
