Whereas, Ithaca College senators should be involved in the Ithaca community,
Whereas, Ithaca College SGA already has a standing Community Service
Committee,
Whereas, SGA senators and executive board members hold a leadership role
on campus,
It is resolved that the Ithaca College Student Government Association adopts a
community service requirement where SGA holds a mandatory service day
each semester.
It is further resolved that the service days will be planned by the two
members of the senate sitting on the Community Service Committee and the
Vice President of Campus Affairs.
