To achieve success in Mathematics this year you should practice and abide by the following:
I.
Classroom Rules:
Respectful behavior to everyone in the class will be demanded at all times.
If you are absent, it is your responsibility to get class notes and homework assignments. If you miss a test or
quiz it is your responsibility to see me to come up with a time and location to make it up.
NO CELL PHONES are to be seen or heard in the classroom.
Please be in your seat working on the do now exercise when the bell rings.
II.
Students MUST bring the following to class everyday:
A gray (or white) binder filled with loose-leaf
Pens, Pencils, Straightedge
Graphing Calculator (TI-83 or 84 plus)
III.

Homework:
Homework will be assigned at least 4 nights a week. Students will not achieve success in this course unless
homework assignments are completed regularly.

Extra Help:
Extra help will be before school at 7:30 am. I can be found at the math department, which is Room 341 or in
Room 335. Additional extra help is available for students; all they have to do is ASK!
