Evidence requirements 1.1 Processes for creating a computerised programme are completed in accordance with job specifications and worksite requirements. processes may include but are not limited to – drawing glass shape, selecting or modifying existing shapes, loading pre-drawn Computer Aided Design file, using digitiser to create shape file, using machine sensor to create shape file; evidence of a minimum of two is required. Range 1.2 Machines are programmed to ensure that the job specifications and worksite requirements are met. programming requirements may include but are not limited to – tool and wheel selection, thickness of the glass, speed, wheel pressure, edge type and finish, bevel width and angle, residual edge, V cut size, triple edge, special profiles, water pressure, nozzle size.
