Definitions
Distribution facility refers to a workplace where the primary focus is on storage and
distribution of stock.

formally documented, or generally accepted within the workplace.

Inwards goods are prepared for unloading in accordance with organisational

Discrepancies between inwards goods and accompanying documentation are
identified, and corrective action is taken in accordance with organisational
procedures.
