This is a theory based unit standard for people who are
employed in the refrigeration and storage areas at meat
processing plants who require knowledge of stock control
procedures in a freezer and/or chiller.
People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate
knowledge of stock control principles in a freezer and/or chiller;
and stock control systems in a meat processing operation.
