Evidence requirements 1.1 Range selection criteria include past, current, and potential future performance, experience, skill, technical ability, personal profile, availability, physical attributes, needs of the team, assessment of the level of opposition. 1.2 Interpretation of the selection policy explains the requirements of the sport club or organisation. 1.3 Explanation of the selection process identifies the rights of individuals in the selection process. Range documentation complies with the requirements and specifications of the club or organisation selection policy. Evidence requirements 2.1 Nature of sporting achievement data required is specified and documented. 2.2 Specified sporting achievements of selection candidates are researched and documented. 2.3 Methods are selected and documented for testing and assessing candidates. 2.4 Sporting achievement data compiled and presented in writing to the selection panel is fully researched, accurate, and current. Outcome 3 Apply selection policy to the selection of team members. Evidence requirements 3.1 Responsibilities of members of the selection panel are identified and explained according to the specifications of the sport club or organisation. 3.2 Selection guidelines are documented and communicated in writing to all individuals.
