Research into the developments in the areas of quality systems, lean sigma, regulatory and health and safety within medical device companies. Develop methodologies to improve effectiveness and efficiencies of these systems within this sector.

We have multi-disciplinary undergraduate programmes in Health and Safety and Biomedical
Engineering , as well as a four year structured PhD programme, we have established links with the major global medical device industries that manufacture in Ireland, we have existing PhD research projects in the medical device discipline.
