Wednesday has been reserved for this intention. If you
wish to request prayers for deceased members of your
family, please fill out the special ALL SOULS
ENVELOPE and return it to the church. Prayer
requests will be reserved in a special place in the
sanctuary during the month of November.

QUEBEC PILGRIMAGE MEETING
Join Fr. Damian for an information
meeting about his upcoming Pilgrimage to Quebec
in July, 2011. The meeting will be next Sunday,
November 28th at 3:30 pm in the Stephenson
room.

THE EDGE NEWS
LIFE TEEN
There is a change of plans for Nov. 26th:
The EDGE members who sign up will be going to
Country Heritage Park in Milton for an outdoor
Christmas Nativity Pageant. Permission forms are
in the office.
November 27th – Connected
Goal: The goal of this Life Night is to answer the
questions “what is prayer?” and “why do we need
a prayer life?” Using the Lord’s Prayer as a
starting point, the teens learn the importance of
prayer as the foundation of their relationship with
God.
The EDGE is designed to meet the catechetical,
educational, spiritual, emotional and social needs of
young adolescents in grades 6, 7 and 8. Please see
their board in the lobby for more information.
SUNDAY MISSALS
Life Teen meets every Saturday evening in the
Stephenson room for teens in grades 9 – 12 beginning
at 6:00 p.m.
Please bring a high school aged friend or friends with
you.
Sunday Missals for 2011 are available to purchase
in the Religious Article Store this weekend.
EUTHANASIA INFORMATION EVENING
Immediately following the 7pm Mass in the Church
on Wednesday, November 24th, St. Anne’s will
host an Information evening on the topic of
Euthanasia.
The guest speaker will be
Mr. Alex Schadenberg, Executive Director,
Euthanasia Prevention Coalition. All are welcome.
The C.W.L. of St. Anne’s Parish will provide a
reception in the Stephenson room.
FRIENDS OF FRASSATI
HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM
The senior years of high school are a critical time
in every young man’s life. In pursuing your
studies and giving thought to possible careers,
you are also laying the foundation for adult life and
its responsibilities.
This program of the Archdiocese to Toronto is
open to male senior high school students
interested in:
ATTENTION NEW ALTAR SERVERS

There will be a very important Altar server training
session on Monday November 22nd @ 6:30 P.M.
in the church. This is open to any child that has
made their First Communion and wishing to serve
the Lord. This will be the only training until the

JUNIOR LITURGY
We are currently enrolling children aged 3 to 5 at
the 10 a.m. Mass. The children will experience
God’s word through Biblical stories, teaching and
crafts. Drop off your children before the 10 am

International Baccalaureate Information Meeting
at Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School in the

Award. Students aged 14-18 are invited to write a
five hundred-word essay on the theme for the
Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, celebrated
January 23-30, 2011. The theme for this coming
year is “One in the Apostles’ Teaching,
Fellowship, Breaking of Bread and Prayer.” (cf.
Acts 2:42). First prize is an iPod touch (32GB
memory), second prize is an iPod nano (16GB
memory) and third to sixth prizes are a one-year
subscription to The Catholic Register and other
prizes. Essays will be published in the Catholic
Register. Deadline for entries is 12 January 2011.
