Watershed on Wheels Program
The grade 1 students will be participating in
a workshop on Monday, December 7.
Topic -A Season of Change – Students will learn how
plants and animals change and adapt to each season. This
workshop will include both indoor and outdoor activities.

The grade 1 students will be visiting
Stephanie’s House on Tuesday, December
15.
The Fire/Life Safety Education Centre is a handson learning facility for training children about fire
hazards in and around the home.
Math Goal for the Month
Geometry- 2D Shapes
Students are to identify and describe
common two- dimensional shapes
(e.g.,circles, triangles, rectangles,
squares) and sort and classify them by
their attributes (e.g., colour; size; texture;
number of sides).
