JOB SUMMARY: Provide a variety of technical and instructional support to faculty, staff and students
throughout the college district. Daily operations include print shop/secretarial/technical support services;
photocopying, word processing, mail distribution, message center, fax services, binding/finishing and
distribution of supplies.

1.
Receive, sort, log, price, prioritize, complete, and file all walk-ins and electronic
photocopying requests for faculty, staff and students. Stock, operate and maintain
copiers; maintain confidentiality of exams and sensitive materials. Provide
customer service and monitor job quality.
2.
Complete and proofread word processing requests for faculty ranging from routine
correspondence, exams, class handouts, course syllabi, highly complex statistical
and/or scientific materials, reports, and publications. Create data CDs and design
graphics for faculty requests and in-house forms.

3.
Receive, sort and distribute EPCC district/postal mail into faculty/staff mailboxes;
trace and re-route misdirected mail; receive and log all hand-carry mail; notify
recipients of incoming packages, distribute, monitor and collect completed faculty
evaluation packets; receive completed student surveys; receive/disseminate district
wide testing service exams; distribute city directories.

Respond to customer inquiries; receive messages and distribute to adjunct faculty
mail folders; re-route misdirected calls; receive/send faxes for faculty and
students; set-up mailboxes/mail folders for faculty and staff on a semester basis.
Collect district wide data for EPCC Employee Master List and disseminate to
other departments when complete.

Operate/maintain and perform minor repairs and some routine maintenance of
auxiliary equipment. Report major mechanical failures and fill out necessary
paperwork for service repair and keep records of maintenance.

Collect, sort, file data, prepare monthly copy/supply billings and distribute to budget
heads. Prepare journal entries and production reports; price, process and deliver
supply requests. Assist in the inventory control process.

7.
Assist with the training of new department staff; attend training/developmental
workshops, and participate in institutional committees; provide work direction to

assigned staff. Operate as Lead when ISC Supervisor is absent and adhere to
EPCC policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: One year of college or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience.

MS Office Outlook, administrative software system, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Illustrator,
internet, test banks, and other software associated with office/print shop environment.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and taste or smell. The employee must
regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability
to adjust focus.
