Chatham storm drainage improvement project YOUR STORM WATER FEES AT WORK April 2015 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and consulting engineer, Kimley Horn and Associates, continue with the planning phase. The project team is looking into possible system upgrades to address structure and street flooding in the project area. Potential improvements in the form of one alternative study are being finalized by Kimley Horn and Associates. After all potential alternatives are studied and evaluated, a recommended alternative to remedy the flooding issues will be shared with the neighborhood for feedback.
