Chatham storm drainage improvement project YOUR STORM WATER FEES AT WORK Dear Resident, October 2012 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and engineering consultant, Kimley Horn and Associates, have begun initial studies of problems in the Chatham neighborhood. Representatives from the surveyor, James Mauney & Associates, continue to gather data in the watershed. The project team will review customer complaints and questionnaire responses, then analyze the existing storm drainage infrastructure to determine problem areas. These results will be shared with the neighborhood for feedback.
