Narrative: On September 19, 2003 the suspect visited a home that was thought to be used for the purposes of
prostitution. After an argument with someone in the residence, the suspect asked to speak to the person in
charge of the house. The victim, Erlin Escobar Paredes spoke with the suspect and the argument continued. A
witness outside the residence saw the suspect go out to his car and get a handgun and return to the house. He
then heard two gunshots and saw the suspect leave in his vehicle. The victim was found by police deceased in
the hallway of the home.
Ramirez should be considered armed and dangerous.
