Narrative: On July 11, 2003 police were called to 3027 Statesville Ave. Apt. A in reference to a person that had
been stabbed. Witnesses on the scene said that the suspect and the victim, Saul Rigoberto Rosales were
sitting beside each other on the couch in the family room of the residence. The suspect had been living at the
residence for about two weeks prior to this incident occurring. Witnesses said that the suspect got angry with
the victim and stood up, pulled a knife from his pants and stabbed the victim once in his left side.
Santos should be considered armed and dangerous.
