Wallet Theft / Credit Card Fraud Suspect

On 01/07/16 between 1530 and 1545 hours, a victim’s wallet was stolen from
Starbucks (2005 E. Park Pl. #A). The suspect removed the wallet from inside the
victim’s purse which was hanging behind her chair. The suspect (pictured above)
then made several large purchases using the victim’s credit cards at Bed Bath &
Beyond in Westchester, Home Depot in Inglewood, and Best Buy in Los Angeles.
The suspect’s vehicle appears to have tinted front windows.
