Narrative: On September 29, 2001 a group of Hispanic males ate dinner together and then went outside behind
an apartment building to drink beer. The suspect did not join them when they left. As they were sitting around,
they noticed the suspect walk up with a handgun. He shot the victim, Julio Alvarez one time in the chest.
Witnesses said there was no argument that lead up to the shooting incident.
Luna should be considered armed and dangerous.
