Narrative: On May 10, 2008 a group of people had gathered for a party at 3300 Mazen Ct. Witnesses at the party
saw the suspect’s brother, Regulo Rangel get into an argument with the victim, David Morales Carillo. Regulo
then called his brothers Ruben and Oscar to come over and bring their guns. Before the brothers could arrive,
the victim and his girlfriend left and went to the store. As they were returning, they saw the suspect’s vehicle
blocking the roadway. The suspect’s vehicle then pulled up beside the victim’s vehicle and Ruben Padron
starting firing his handgun into the back seat where the victim was sitting with his girlfriend. The victim was
pronounced dead at the scene.
Padron should be considered armed and dangerous.
