This Addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents and specifications of the
above referenced project. All other requirements of the original plans and specification shall
remain in effect in their respective order. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its
number and date on the cover page of your proposal.
The following question was received and answered.
Q. Will the Covers (front and back), Table of Contents, Cover Letter, required forms as well as
any dividers/tabs be counted towards the page count?
A. No, they will not be counted toward the page count
Q. Does the 12 pt. font size requirement apply to tables/charts/diagrams/contact information?
A. No
Q. Is each submitting firm required to utilize a firm that is a Minority, Women, and Small
Business Enterprise or may a firm be used that is only an SBE?
A. Minority participation is helpful in all categories, however, the goal will be SBE specific.
