This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding Documents dated
January 4, 2013. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. All previously
submitted Addenda are made a part of this contract. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification.
1. 182 Cross St, Drawing SK-008-2, Item 17 indicates to spray foam framing/flooring to the
underside of the addition. Please clarify if this is just the wall portion being sprayed, ground
to flooring, or is the whole underside of the floor being sprayed.
a. Only the underside of the floor is to be insulated with spray foam insulation.
2. 76 Lawn Ave, Drawing SK-018-2, Item 6 indicates scallop siding for the gables. The South &
East gables have a break point for the scallop siding to stop at. The West gable does not.
Please provide a point at which to transition to the regular siding.
a. Only the south and east elevation gables shall receive scallop siding.
3. Please confirm the basement hopper windows are to be vinyl replacement windows, similar
style to the double hung windows.
a. Basement hopper windows shall be vinyl.
