SCOPE OF WORK:
Scope consists of interior renovations of approximately 21,700 sq. feet in area to a single story, existing office/ warehouse facility. Included in the Scope of the Renovations are the construction of a new, large meeting room with a caterer’s staging area and an Audio-Visual system, a new break room and break area, new general office areas, several conference rooms, various support spaces, and associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire
Protection, Telecommunication work. The exterior work is minor in nature and includes provisions for several new aluminum framed openings in existing masonry/ concrete walls. The Owner will occupy areas adjacent to the areas of renovation(s).

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. All visitors to the CLT Center are required to show photo ID and obtain a visitor’s pass from the CLT Center front desk.
