The addition is a single-story, 7341 sf., steel framed structure with steel bar joists and steel deck framing and roofing. The delivery canopy is a steel framed structure with steel bar joists, steel deck framing and metal roofing. Site improvements include additional paving required to allow for truck deliveries, new sidewalk at the warehouse, new fencing and gate relocation.
