SCOPE OF WORK:
The work includes an addition to house a parts warehouse, engine shop and one office of the south side of the
existing PSA maintenance hangar along with improvements (canopy cover) to allow for truck deliveries at the
northwest side of the building. The addition is a single-story, 7341 sf., steel framed structure with steel bar joists
and steel deck framing and roofing. The delivery canopy is a steel framed structure with steel bar joists, steel
deck framing and metal roofing. Site improvements include additional paving required to allow for truck
deliveries, new sidewalk at the warehouse, new fencing and gate relocation.

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. All
visitors to the CLT Center are required to show photo ID and obtain a visitor’s pass from the CLT Center front desk.
Please allow time for this procedure as the Pre-Bid Conference and Bid Opening times can NOT be changed for any
reason.
