The scope of work includes demolition of all structures 2 associated with the facilities. In total, the rental car facilities are composed of roughly 62,000 ft of primary 2 structure and 58,000 ft of parking canopies. Demolition of the structures will also include abatement of asbestos at seven of the eight rental car facilities and removal of 12 underground storage tanks (UST’s), 5 above ground storage tanks (AST’s) and 6 underground oil/water separators (OWS’s).
