RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Governing Board ratify the construction change orders provided as an attachment. Bricks and burnt wood debris buried under old library parking lot were found and needed to be removed. Sectional Doors: Added the specified motorized full view doors back to the project. These were value engineered out in Change order #1 Change of specified projection screens to a non tensioned screen. They will be motorized so tensioned screens are not required. Electrical for Sump Pump. The pump was on the plans but the electricity to run it was not. Add conduit for speaker wires. We have smart classroom set ups in all classrooms. The ceilings are hard lid so we are adding counduit in the ceilings so the speaker wires will be concealed and to ease installation and future maintenance. 41,413 Total Change Order Note: These change orders are reflected in the Facilities Master Plan (FMP) Semi-Annual Update, Revision and Project Status Report.
