Chairman Wagner called the meeting to order.
***Mr. Hunter made a motion to open the Retreat and adopt the Agenda.
Mr. Hughes seconded. Unanimously approved. (7:0)
Mrs. Cox officiated the Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioner Judy Klusman gave an invocation.
