*Mr. Wagner arrived at the meeting at 12:00p.m.
*Mrs. Kennedy left the meeting at 12:00p.m.
Call to Order / Roll Call
Vice-Chair Norman called the meeting to order at 8:30a.m. Mrs. Cox officiated the
Pledge of Allegiance, and Mrs. Kennedy requested that everyone share a moment of
silence.
Adopt Agenda
**Mr. Hughes moved to adopt the agenda.
Mrs. Kennedy seconded. Unanimously Approved. (4:0)
***Mrs. Kennedy moved to recess into Closed Session to prevent disclosure of information that is
privileged or confidential pursuant to state or federal law. [NC Gen. state 143-318.11(a)(1) and 143-318.11
And To consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public
body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body.
